Can I choose a currency?

Yes, in the lower part of the site you can select any of the available currencies, with which to see the prices on the various pages of the site.
Every payment will always be made in the local currency of the Operator.

How can I pay for my booking?

The payment for the booking is made 48 hours prior to travel, regardless of when you are making a reservation. If you are booking a trip within 48 hours, payment will be made as soon as the Operator confirms his availability.
Prices are charged in the local currency of the Operator and any price shown in your currency is only provided to give you the current exchange rate.
It is required to pay with credit card.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.

How safe is it to use my credit card on your site?

You can feel comfortable. Tourshuttle does not store any of your sensitive information and ensures PCI-DSS compliance of payments thanks to the integration with Stripe's services.

I'm having trouble paying for my booking, how can I do it?

First, check that the card details are correct and that it has not expired.
If everything is correct, please contact the manager of your card to ask for more information.

How do I get a receipt?

You will receive an email notification at the time of payment with the amount and details of the booking.
To request a tax receipt or invoice, ask the operator making the service directly via the messaging system from the booking page.
