How can I book and pay for the journey?
To book, just select the journey online and specify all of the requested information on the website. The Operator will contact you, upon receiving your booking, to arrange payment. Payment can be made in advance or directly to the driver, depending on the agreement reached with the Operator managing the transport.
At the airport, where do I meet, and how will I recognise, the driver?
The travel details will be communicated by the Operator that contacts you upon receipt of your booking. Usually the driver will wait for you with a card bearing your name. If you don’t see the driver, DO NOT LEAVE THE MEETING POINT but call the telephone number indicated on the “Travel Summary”.
How much luggage can I take?
The clients are restricted to taking the quantity of luggage indicated at the moment of booking. In the case that clients don’t respect such conditions, the driver can refuse to perform the transport service. Luggage containing liquids is not permitted.
