It is possible to cancel the booking for any reason by directly informing the Operator indicated in the “Travel Résumé”. There are no charges for any cancellation carried out 7 days before departure while in other cases a percentage of the booking tariff will be charged to the client as follows:
- a charge of 40% of the tariff in the case of the client cancelling the booking at least 12 hours before departure;
- a charge of 80% of the tariff in the case of the client not cancelling the booking 12 hours before departure or failure to inform of the cancellation.

The payment of the travel booking will be agreed upon directly with the Operator who receives the travel booking and carries out transportation.

After received your reservation, the Operator will contact you to check the travel details. At the airport the driver usually wait for you with a sign bearing your name while at the hotel he will let you call from the reception desk

The "travel résumé" shows all information concerning your booking and the Operator handling the transfer service, including a list of emergency phone numbers and the Operator's e-mail

- the kind of vehicle used during the transfer BERGAMO AIRPORT - BOLOGNA CITY CENTRE depends on the availability at the moment you reserve it

E' possibile cancellare per qualsiasi ragione un viaggio prenotato comunicando la disdetta a direttamente all'Operatore ai recapiti indicati sul Riepilogo di Viaggio. Non sono applicate penali per le cancellazioni effettuate 7 giorni prima dalla partenza mentre negli altri casi è previsto l'addebito al Cliente di una parte della tariffa del viaggio a titolo di penale come indicato di seguito:
- addebito del 40% della tariffa se il cliente ha comunicato la disdetta almeno 12 ore prima della partenza del servizio prenotato;
- addebito dell'80% della tariffa se il cliente non ha effettuato la disdetta entro le 12 ore prima della partenza oppure non ha fatto nessuna comunicazione;

L’Operatore Locale dopo aver ricevuto la vostra prenotazione vi contatta per definire i dettagli del viaggio. In aeroporto solitamente l’autista vi aspetta con un cartello con il vostro nome mentre in hotel l'autista si rivolge alla reception e vi fa chiamare.

Sul riepilogo di Viaggio vengono riportate tutte le informazioni sulla prenotazione e sull’Operatore Locale che effettua il trasporto, compreso i numeri di emergenza e l’email per contattare l’Operatore.
